Information collected automatically when you visit our site

We do not purchase candidate data from data brokers.

• Building and maintaining our candidate network: Keeping your profile in our database for future opportunities that may fit your background and interests
• Client services: Communicating with employer clients about candidate availability, qualifications, and progress through their hiring processes
• Business operations: Internal recordkeeping, compliance with our business agreements with clients, improving our recruiting processes, and analyzing the effectiveness of our outreach
• Legal and regulatory compliance: Meeting our obligations under applicable employment, anti-discrimination, immigration, and other laws
• Marketing: Sending periodic communications about industry insights, salary surveys, market reports, and Connexis services, where permitted by law and where you've not opted out

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

With our employer clients

When we present you as a candidate for a specific opportunity, we share your resume and relevant professional information with the employer client conducting the search. This is the core function of our recruiting service. We do this only after discussing the opportunity with you and obtaining your interest in being considered.

With service providers

We use third-party service providers to run our business. These include:

• Applicant tracking and CRM systems for managing candidate records
• Email and communication platforms
• Cloud storage and document management services
• Website hosting (Webflow) and analytics providers (Google Analytics)
• Background check providers (only when required for a specific opportunity and only with your authorization)

These providers are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations and may only use your information to provide services to us.

When required by law

We may disclose information when we are legally required to do so — for example, in response to a subpoena, court order, or regulatory inquiry, or to protect our legal rights, the safety of others, or to investigate fraud.

In a business transaction

5. Data Retention

We retain candidate information for as long as it remains relevant to our recruiting work — typically through the duration of your professional career and any time we believe an opportunity may match your background.

If you have not engaged with Connexis in any way for an extended period (typically several years) and have not asked us to keep your information on file, we may archive or delete your records.

You can request deletion of your information at any time. See Section 8 (Your Rights) below.
